Biz Bot Kits sells personalized AI bot setups for small businesses. This page is the plain-language list of what you get, what you do not get, and how support works. Our Terms of Use point here for delivery details.

Products and services

DIY kits

  • What you get: a written kit for your business (typically PDF + Google Doc), including bot instructions/templates you can paste into Grok Bot or take elsewhere, delivered within about 24 hours after a complete intake.
  • What you do: fill intake clearly, paste/use the kit yourself, run the bots on your own accounts.
  • Support: 14-day fix window for clear mistakes or missing pieces in the kit we delivered. We revise the kit.
  • Refunds: 14-day money-back from delivery under the Terms (unused / good-faith request). Fix path and refund path are both available in that window as the Terms describe.

Consultation (no bot setup)

  • What you get: a scheduled consult (about 1 hour) with general recommendations for how bots could fit your business. No bots are built or launched in this tier.
  • Support: the session time you booked.
  • Refunds: 14-day money-back if you cancel before the session (or within the window in the Terms); typically no refund after the session starts or for no-shows past booking policy.

Done with you

  • What you get: guided setup starting at the published package (bots count and session time as sold), plus the stated short support window after handoff.
  • What you do: join the sessions, provide access/info we ask for, approve the bots before we call them done.
  • Support: the included support days after delivery. Fixes mean we help correct what we built together.
  • Refunds: 14-day money-back from handoff under the Terms for unused / good-faith requests.

Done for you

  • What you get: consult plus bots built and launched for you as sold (count and scope on the order), end-to-end testing, handoff, and the 30-day tuning window after handoff (optional monthly care only if you add it later).
  • What you do: give truthful business info and timely approvals/access.
  • Support: tuning/fixes inside the 30-day tuning window for what we built.
  • Refunds: 14-day money-back from handoff under the Terms for unused / good-faith requests.

Refunds (summary)

  • 14-day money-back from delivery/handoff (or before a consult starts), as detailed in the Terms.
  • DIY also includes a 14-day kit-fix path (we revise the kit).
  • After day 14, or after a consult is completed / no-show past policy, refunds are not expected except where required by law.

What we never promise (and won't fake)

  • Rankings, revenue, leads, or "set and forget" results.
  • That a third-party tool (Grok Bot, Buffer, social networks, etc.) will stay free, unchanged, or available forever.
  • Legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
  • Unlimited revisions outside the support window for your tier.

Your responsibilities

  • You own your accounts, billing on third-party tools, and how you use the bots.
  • You will not use kits or bots for illegal spam, fraud, or anything that breaks a platform's rules.
  • You keep backups of anything important you download.

Changes

If a package's inclusions change on the site, the order you paid for controls what we owe you for that order. This page may be updated; the version linked from your order or the site on purchase day applies.
