These Terms govern your use of our website and purchases of our products and services. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy.

This is a practical template for a small US digital business, not formal legal advice. We may update these Terms; the version posted on the purchase date controls that order.

1. Who we are

Biz Bot Kits is the operator of this site and the seller of the products and services described on the site and on our What we deliver page. We do not list a personal individual name on these pages.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services. The site may be viewed by others, but purchases and service agreements are for adults only.

3. What we sell

We sell personalized AI bot kits and related services for small businesses, including DIY kits, consultations, Done with you, Done for you, and related add-ons as listed when you buy. Delivery details, inclusions, support windows, and limits are on What we deliver (linked from the site). That page is part of these Terms for delivery scope.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout or on your order. Payment is processed by our payment provider when checkout is live. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, incomplete, or outside our capacity.

5. Delivery

DIY kits are typically delivered within about 24 hours after a complete intake, as digital files (for example PDF and Google Doc) and templates. Service tiers are delivered as described on What we deliver and on your order. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees against third-party outages.

6. Refunds and fixes

  • 14-day money-back from delivery or handoff (or before a consult starts), for unused / good-faith requests under these Terms.
  • DIY also includes a 14-day kit-fix window for clear mistakes or missing pieces in the kit we delivered (we revise the kit).
  • After day 14, after a consult is completed, or after a no-show past booking policy, refunds are not expected except where the law requires them.
  • Optional monthly care, if purchased later, follows its own order terms.

Email mybizbots@bizbotkits.com to request a refund or fix. We may ask for order details and confirmation that digital deliverables were unused where relevant.

7. License to kits and templates

When you buy a DIY kit (or receive kit materials in a service package), we grant you a non-exclusive license to use those materials for your own business. You may adapt them for your internal use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the kit as a competing product or template pack.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your accounts on third-party tools, their fees, and how you use bots or templates. You will not use our work for illegal spam, fraud, harassment, or anything that breaks a platform's rules. You keep backups of files we send you.

9. No results guarantees

We do not promise rankings, revenue, leads, or specific business outcomes. Third-party tools can change or end. We do not give legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.

10. Third-party services

The site and kits may point to third-party tools (for example form hosts, email, hosting, booking, payment, or AI platforms). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.

11. Waitlist and site content

While the site is in waitlist mode, some pages may be limited. Waitlist signup does not create a purchase. Marketing copy is descriptive; the order and What we deliver control what we owe after you pay.

12. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and our pre-built materials remain ours except for the license in section 7. You keep ownership of your business information and content you provide to us.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of kits, bots, or the site, or from your violation of these Terms or law, to the extent allowed.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the site. Continued use after posting means you accept the updated Terms for future use. Past orders keep the Terms in effect on the purchase date.
